snug pub is located in oak bay beach hotel. we thought after victorias enlightened as a little dessert and cocktails. the hotel itself is beautiful, with scenic views of the water and the mountains. Went for a late lunch today. It was not busy. Sat on the patio and was greeted right away by the server. We needed a few minutes to decide on the menu thinking she would return shortly. We waited 15-20 minutes and she never came back. We were starving and decided to leave. Did not see her on the way out. Will never come back. View all feedback.
