"It is not a restaurant and unluckily you can't pay by card but if you want a big portion of fresh pasta to eat on the road it is simply the best. Pastificio Guerra is an ancient pasta factory. I don't know why people only talk about the takeaway cooked pasta (which is excellent of course and there are only two choices because it is not a restaurant but a factory selling some cooked samples of their product) when the main product is raw pasta. Rich portions with a fair price. Non è un ristorante e purtroppo non si può pagare con carta di credito ma se si vuole mangiare una grossa porzione di pasta per strada (ne ho approfittato spesso quando lavoravo in zona) non c'è luogo migliore. Il Pastificio Guerra è una fabbrica di pasta e francamente non capisco perché tutti lo recensiscano per i piatti cucinati, come fosse un ristorante, quando in effetti è una fabbrica che vende esempi cucinati del suo prodotto (per quello c'è poca scelta e le salse non sono straripanti di carne o altri ingredienti : la regina del piatto è la pasta che è ottima .. il prodotto principale di un pastificio è ovviamente la pasta! Porzioni ricche per un prezzo molto conveniente."
