It was by chance that I ended up in this restaurant in the middle of a tiny village called Vila Nova de Cacela (at Portuguese Algarve region). Sr. Jorge and Sra Ana were superb hosts. I ordered fried tuna served with potatoes and I received inedible tuna dry like fried for 2 days, topped with an over-salted sauce and surrounded by potato chips fresh out of the bag. When mentioning my disappointment to the waiter/owner he started laughing and shared his disagreement with the other staff as if I was stupid.
