"Great semi-new bbq joint, just north of Waco. They must be doing well because they were out of chicken and sausage. We decided to get a little brisket and brisket chili. Both were fantastic. Moist with a good outside bark. The chili had a brisket in every spoonful bite. Nice folks. Asked if we needed anything several times. Get there early so you can choose from the whole menu."
