The shaved ice was incredible. So so yummy. Couldn?t have asked for better honestly. The 2 stars is because of the ?forced tip? policy. They only take card. They won?t let you press the screen to choose your own tip option saying, ?I have to press the screen for you.? So they are staring you down while you tell them whether you are tipping them or not and how much. It?s super weird. Even if you used hand sanitizer yo... View all feedback.

Employees are nice and the texture of shaved ice is nice and smooth. The flavors and flavor selection is also amazing.
