"June 2022: another excellent dinner on Burdick 's from door terrace. Smoked muscle 's soup was incredible. Scallops were very good with interesting and complex pages. NH oysters were also very good. September 2021:External kitchen is beautiful, a very pleasant experience. The muscles were good. Steak frite was good, although slightly overcooked for medium rare, it came as a medium. The duck rugout taste was goid, but the amount of duck was disappointing. There were only four micro pieces (the size of my thumb ankle) duck. This was probably the least unforgettable meal of the large number of dinners we had here. May 2021: They added a beautiful tent with six tables in addition to the tables under the overhang. Good option for safe outdoor dining. That's the best food I had over a year. As good as before the pandemic. 2019: Consistent good food, attentive service. Update 2018: again, wonderful experience. The cook's been here for 13 years, and we've been here for about 10 years."

"What a GEM!! Had no idea Leslie's even existed, even after living for in the area for 15 or so years. Definitely comfort food and very well crafted. The salmon with mushroom risotto was exquisite perfectly cooked. Wine list is just okay, and vegetarian options were limited to one entree, which was disappointing. However, don't let that stop you...Leslie's is well worth the visit. Highly recommended and easy on/off I 91."

"Review is only for the chocolate shop. Have been there almost annually for the past 17 years. This time servers looked lost and their service was incredibly slow: 45 minute wait for 2 hot chocolates, a cappuccino., and two desserts that were already made. The drinks were very expensive, and frankly, the hot chocolate, both milk and dark, is so sweet that it is hard to drink. The desserts were good but small. I don?t need to go back there."

"Excellent food, drinks, and atmosphere. Sure the prices might be a little higher than what you're used to for the portions in the area, but you cannot deny the skill and care that are put into each menu item. I had the Buffalo Plaid, which was a decent New Englandy riff on a Lion's Tail. But I need to talk about the Spicy Masala Fried Chicken and Porter Flip. The chicken was the perfect bite of deboned thigh meat, so tender you could have told me it was mashed potatoes, wrapped in chicken skin. Perfectly crispy without a hint of greasiness, and just the right amount of heat. I wish I was hungrier, or else I would have ordered more food. But I'm begging you, if you come here, please end your meal with a Porter Flip. Just a perfectly decadent cocktail to end a meal. I'm from out of state, but I will be coming back to try more of the food and get another one of those delicious flips."
