The restaurant serves beautifully presented food with lovely aromas, excellent service, and reasonable prices. The Sunday roast is a generous portion, including child sizes, and is still beautifully prepared. One member of our group mentioned that it was a bit dry, but this was the only negative comment. On Thursday evening had an evening meal in the six bells. menu choices were excellent, also for vegetarians. honest, tasty, just 'pub grub' nothing too tasty. both I and my friend enjoyed our meals. very tasty, generous portions and very expensive. best pub menu I had in the old one!
Nice place, staff friendly and reasonably priced with more than enough food per serving. Roast beef is the best out of the roast options we went with, pork was dry so I traded plates
Very nice pleasant staff. A large party were going so we had to pre order not too much of a problem and did 4 days before the lunch , therefore disappointed to get there to be told on arrival that 2 items hadn't been delivered ! Not sure how much of the food is freshly made on the premises .
Gorgeous little local pub! Super welcoming bar staff, huge portion sizes and a great range of drinks. Would highly recommend!
Had a lovely birthday dinner with a group of 7, everything was perfect! J and Shane went above the standards I expected and made everything fantastic. It's not often we eat at a pub as a family, but this experience has totally changed our perception on pub dinners, will definitely return! Many thanks from Gavin, Sam kids
