"What a sound, they will not be deceived from this little caffe down a little lane, the panini s and bagels are the best we had. my partner had chickenbacon spinat in a panini he loved it so much, it is another reason to return to the opposite. I had thunfisch zwiebel avocado absolutely nom nom nom. beautiful owners and employees, we definitely visit again! we sat outside, sat but recommended too high, sat all afternoon."

"My partner took me here for my birthday on Friday 25th November we had a really lovely meal, the food was delicious and big in portions! The ribs in particular were good! The pub itself is beautiful with old beams and a lovely fireplace, very warming and welcoming! The staff were very friendly and attentive including the manager/owner. I will definitely be coming back, a lovely hidden gem!"

"Amazing views and lovely fish and chips. Just what we were after. Would have been nice if there were a few more options on fridays but good fish and chips nonetheless. Staff were lovely and helpful and the view was unbeatable."

"First visit to the Middle House, having been recommended it earlier in the day, after a reservation at another venue was cancelled. We were seated in the restaurant area and served very quickly. Pleasure to read a menu and struggle to choose what to have,...due to the excellent range of choices. My partner decided to gk for the Camembert to start and the Pie for main, whereas I went for Cod Taco’s and the Goan curry. All food fantastically presented and well cooked, a truly fantastic meal. Only slight (and I emphasise slight as had a great meal) was it took a long time to clear plates after finishing, but was very busy so can be forgiven. Also seated by a window which had an uncomfortable draft, but nothing too bad. We will be back."

"We were a large group so we expected to have to wait for a bit. However it was an hour before receiving our first plate of food. We had 6 children with us so you can imagine how hungry they were getting. Ideally they could have bought the kids meals earlier. The food did taste great. The fish and better very tasty and fresh and the kids fish fingers were lovely. I would say though the portions were a bit on the small side and still felt a bit hungry when we'd finished. Overall ee had a nice time, we would cone again but hope the portions and timings were improved."
