Terrible service ordered at 6.50pm said it be 45mins to an hour got to 8.30pm called up to ask were our food was, They came up with different excuses and contradicted themselves said it will be to us at 9pm!! The women I spoke to on the phone said she will refund me which I have not received!!! As I paid by card which If I would of had the cash I would of just gone some were eles and not waited for this delivery....b... read more.

"From beginning to end. we received the highest degree of service and eat in a fabulous safe environment. a return for my parents, but my first time .. and it surpassed my expectations by far! the personal was informatiw and so friendly. from the surrounding greetings was clear that many of the customers return customers and nino and his personal would take the time to deal with them. a good sign of extraordinary foods was the fact that I enjoyed myself immensely and still food envy the 3 other meals we had at our table. they will not be disappointed, but may be pampered by the incredible taste and quality. in addition is nino jr. went out of his way to maintain the charismatic Italian atmosphere while offering a safe environment during the pandemic. take the time to choose screens that do not distract from the device, but a safe place to eat. we will come back next time in pangbourne! thanks for a nice night!"
