We were paying an early morning visit to Tavistock and we’re going for Breakfast. Trip Advisor gave us a few options, but Poppy’s Cafe seemed to stand out and so we paid them a visit. Reasonable Menu and the place was clean, although social distancing...not their strong point. Friendly enough staff as well. Food chosen was the Omelette option with Hash Browns and Beans. "I visited Just Like Mumma’s stall at the Saltram House Christmas Festival. I opted for the pear and ginger sponge which was honestly the best cake I have had in a very long time and I would recommend anyone to have a slice! The ladies were so kind and have obviously worked very hard on providing fantastic quality cakes and other treats. We actually ended going back to the stall three times! I look forward to visiting the cafe soon."
