We almost missed having a drink in this Hook Norton pub. It was closed but the owner turned up to open the place just as we were about to leave. He was very welcoming and friendly. The beer was good as was the small beer garden at the rear. The Hooky Gold was lovely! View all feedback.
What Charlotte N doesn't like about The Eagle Tavern:
Went in for a light bite in the Eagle didn't expect amazing but got the horrendous! Chicken wings that looked like they where sat in the bottom of the chefs fridge for a month tasted like dirty fryer oil... Not to mention the extream hot sauce that they where swimming in. My friend got nachos doritos with jalapeño with quite obviously sour sour cream thanks chef top dollar.. Bar food is simple and not hard to do it r... View all feedback.
