Dunkin' - Williamsburg

The worst service ever...waited in drive threw 15 mins ...no one came to drive threw speaker.rode to window girl said really busy no one had a headset.i told her u might want to post a note since u got a line to the rode!!!! still no order taking ...I just drove off!!!!!

Went at 7:30 walking from our hotel and the door was locked. Without a car we couldn’t go through the drive thru. The two employees inside saw us at the door and didn’t come over. Hours say the inside dining is open till 8. Don’t come if you’re a tourist.

The coffee was good. I do think they need help at this location it does take awhile to get the order. But they are always smiling...

They didn’t warm up my bagel bites as requested. Employees seemed too bothered to provide any service and were rude. My churro ice coffee was great tho.

If I could I would rate 0 stars our food was burnt, the cashier was rude, they didn’t greet or aknowledge
