"There were just a handful of diners for our lunch time meal at the Clockspire which has a large open dining room. The cavernous space was cold and lacked atmosphere, exacerbated by so few fellow travellers. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The kitchen offers fine dining and yet most of our dishes were over seasoned with salt very prominent. Portions were tiny and relatively expensive, as were wines. Overall the restaurant fails to offer value for money, and we are unlikely to return in the near future. "What a fabulous find! Very high quality tapas made really well and delivered as prepared. Excellent selection of wines and drinks, including some low alcohol options for drivers. Very good recruitment policy only the most helpful and lovely team allowed to work there. I will back and stay in a hotel nearby so that I can take my time overs bottle of wine. Service: Dine in"

"What a nice pub, a good old English pub, with a parking garden. we visited yesterday, when we had spared a few hours and we were hungry, at the arrival (4:45) we were told that the evening menu was not until 5:30, but when we were hungry, they all stopped. the staff were so friendly and friendly and entertained, we even got a ride ever there were 3 left and there were 3 of us who were so friendly. the menu was generous and the food was delicious, the whole pub was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. all in all we were very impressed and will soon return. highly recommended."

"Very good service, in good time hot and really delicious supplied. perfectly in portions. they even left my pickled egg of my order, I didn't want to call them because I was hungry when they came back and there was an additional part of chips to say that it was sorry. recommend big fish and chips. Thank you."

"Amazing eating, the personal is incredibly helpful, even in the busiest times. we have brought the wrong court, but they have apologised and let us keep it free while they have the right ones! They have even pointed out what is and is not vegetarian at the set meal times the people I was ordered with, so I knew what I could try if I wanted. also the portion sizes are very generous. the vegetarian menu is probably the most varied I have seen everywhere, and everything I had was delicious. I can not wait to visit again and try more of the options."
