This restaurant is inside of Premier Inn, next to the hotel reception on the 2nd floor. It is only open for evening meals (from 6pm and breakfasts. My meal prawn starter; grilled salmon and ice cream was well cooked and tasty. (I did suggest to the chef that the main course would be better served on a flat platter rather than in a soup dish. Characterless and uninspiring. The restaurant in the Premier Inn is your basic motel type eaterie. The menu is basic but OK if you want a quick meal and back to your room for a sleep.
