Great until I saw that they use the same utensils as pans and so on for non-gluten free dough and gluten-free dough without washing them in between. When he asked the owner, he said he had a business to run and cannot afford to have separate utensils. Shame really, almost celiac friendly. View all feedback.

"Visited due to good reviews, and the pancakes were tasty (a little on the pricey side perhaps two portions of pancakes, a tea and a coffee was over £28). Good vegan and gluten free options. Let down terribly by the service. We wondered why it was taking so long to get a table. We were in a queue that was outside the front entrance. There were 3 tables free for a while, but they hadn’t been cleaned or even acknowledged by the staff for over 10 minutes (they were stood behind the counter chatting with eachother or on their phones). We eventually got seated at a dirty table, and wasn’t given menus or told how to order. When we eventually ordered at the counter, the staff were quite rude and seemed more interested in chatting with eachother rather than taking any food orders. Nobody came to check during our meal to see if our food/ drinks was ok. Disappointed by the service and very unlikely to return again."
