My fave restaurant in Zihua. Only ate there three times this trip out of five. Mauricio and his staff are the best. Special shout out to Brian.

"We always have to go to Agave every year. We love the food and ambiance. The service is excellent. The mashed potato stuffed chili rellano is excellent and a favorite. The seafood is always prepared perfectly and the soups and salads are wonderful."

"We went to Maderas for both lunch and breakfast. Armando was our waiter and recognized us on our last day there for breakfast. The tempura breaded fish tacos were amazing along with the guacamole we had on the side. For breakfast I had the Zihua egg special, Aporreadillo, was to die for! Really incredibly tasty. I highly recommend Maderas for excellent food, drinks and service. See you next year!"

"This is the first time we've ever ordered pizza in Mexico, and we are so glad we did! We had the pizza ranchera, and it was thin crust and absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the outside seating, pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, and great music. Ruben, the owner, even stopped by our table to say hello. We will definitely be back next year!"

"We have great food and a lot of fun at Porto di Mare! The waiters are our friends. The service is great. Often terrific music and the food is excellent. My husband and I like Provençal Brochettes de Prawns. They have a wonderful steamed vegetable platter, great salads. For dessert the bartender makes us Muddy Pants - an ice cream drink extraordinare."
