"This is the restaurant within the Tradies club. Order at the counter but with table service. Order your drinks early as the bar service is painfully slow. The food was fine, but is typical of a pub bistro. Plenty of options within walking distance."

"On a recent trip to Canberra we went here for breakfast with some family. The food was great quality and the service was pleasant and efficient. They were really happy to split the bill which is so often a difficult request. Will definitely be back."

"Deserves the rating it already has (2.9). Food was better than average, breakfasty goodness. Eggs on sourdough toast, easy to get right. Place is nice, good atmosphere. But with places like this service makes the experience, service was average... There wasn't much attention paid to those who already had their food, was hard to order extra bits and pieces ie a second coffee..."

"The sign claims these are award winning pies so I thought I'd stop and have a quick lunch. Quite a few pies were already gone when I got there around 1pm. The different types of pies include chilli con carne, beef stroganoff, pepper chicken, curry steak, chunky pepper steak and more. Prices range from $4.90 to $5.90 each. I decided on the steak, onion, tomato and potato pie $5.90). This was awesome the steak was chunky and tasted great, the gravy was delicious, and the potato hidden underneath the cheese) was fluffy and light I loved how there was lots of it. I wanted more! One of the best pies I've had in Canberra. Yum! Foodgasm 7.5/10"

"One of the many coffee shops in Dixon. Most of them are very good and this is one of those. It was humming busily on the Saturday morning when we were looking for a light breakfast, basically just coffee. Service was very efficient and the long black and tumeric lattes we ordered arrived quite quickly. The coffee was very good, string and robust and served at the correct temperature; hot enough to release the flavour but not enough to be bitter or scald the mouth. I've had many tumeric lattes at many places and this was as good as any. I like breakfasts were copies of the day's newspapers are available. Credit cards are accepted and disabled can access the place. There are a couple of tables outside too"
