"Great fish. Amazing but beware because the people never stop selling... The guy from downstairs will come and offer drinks and before you know it, you're paying $7 for weak mamajuana. They also don't give real receipts and that's a little questionable. But the good is worth it."

"They lie and use unorthodox sales tactics. The resort is NOT exclusive for members only There is NO members owners private beach, beach club nor pool despite them advertising there is There are not 15 restaurants with exclusive dishes as advertised. In fact there are 2 restaurants that have dishes for members They don’t respond in a timely fashion to emails intact they ignore all emails Action has been taken by current owners members with the Dominican tourist board (MITUR) as they are who issues Melia with the license to sell options. Simple Google of circle by Melia scam will show you more than enough or you could search it’s failed predecessor Club Melia scam for thousands of complaints. Search for circle unofficial groups on Facebook to contact current owners members who have wasted thousands upon thousands of dollars and to be supplied with access to the lies If you are going to go into the sales room PLEASE PLEASE check out the page on Facebook, social media, Google etc before signing or parting with 1$ Resort is gorgeous, majority of staff helpful and friendly. However the cost that you pay for mandatory ALL INCLUSIVE is disgusting. It varies from 80-200$ per person per night. Children at age of 12 and above are classed as adults. Book direct and save thousands."

"Stayed there in March with my boyfriend and we thought we made a good deal given the price, but it is very distant located and the wasn’t almost any breakfast when we arrived (30 min prior they closed). We also forgot our jackets when we left the hotel and tried to call, email and chat, but we are no longer able to have contact with them and we’ve lost our jackets poor service!!"

"This place is great!! Brought my 12 and 9 y/o nephews and they had a blast. It was $350 pesos to enter and they could go on all the slides. Although it’s smaller than the typical US water park, they were not board the whole time. Nice selection of food and it all tasted good."

"Good restaurant, good food, typical Dominican cuisine. are nice in general. and the amount of rations is adequate. they have beer from the president (cold beans) and the place is quiet. It's not very cheap, but it's not as expensive as the restaurants on the square that's on the side."

"Concierge service was outstanding and the resort overall is beautiful. Only downside was swim up pool bar was closed due to covid protocol....not the resorts fault. If going without kids I highly recommend The Level package for adults only"
