"We dined out on the terrace (without a booking on New Years Day on a beautiful summer evening and it was overall a great experience. We had the bread sticks with Ricotta and honey (was our favourite dish! with arancinis and pizza, and the food was delicious! They have a great back yard where the kids can safely run around (or roll down the hill… Was a lovely evening for us."

We had Thai fish cakes and tempura prawns to start and Thai beef salad and tamarind prawns as mains washed down with s delightful semillon sauvignon Blanc. This restaurant was justifiably recommended by a local."

"I dined here at EXP Restaurant to celebrate my six year anniversary with my partner during my weekend getaway at the Hunter Valley. This place was so much smaller than expected but that didn’t stop us from dining here, the food was rather mediocre. My partner and I both ordered the EXP.erience tasting menu which is a 6 course meal. I would have to say my favourite dish is the Milk Honey dessert dish mainly because I have a little bit of a sweet tooth. I thought the savoury dishes were quite salty, especially the quail. I was trying to find something on the dish to break up the saltiness because I found it quite overwhelming however the quail itself was cooked beautifully and delicious when eaten by itself. The restaurant also gave us petite bites as their anniversary gift to us, and I was surprised that I actually enjoyed the beetroot candy! ???? Overall, it was an average experience but the service was amazing!"
