"We loved our meal at La Collinaâs and have become somewhat of regulars there. The service is exceptional and the food is delicious. Our family is gluten-free and my only recommendation would be to cook the gluten-free pasta a little longer, it was a little too chewy. Itâs always tricky when using gluten-free products but it was a very good dish and I would order it again."

"I hate the leave a bad review, but the service and food was just not good. I’ve been there for lunch before with just three people and the service and food was great. This time however, we went there for a banquet-style lunch/dinner (it was for a baptism celebration). There were probably about 40 of us and they reserved us a section of the restaurant. The drinks, bread, and food took forever to come out and the bread and food were cool/cold. In conclusion, definitely come here with a small group because they handle that great, but for a large group party/special room reservation it unfortunately just wasn’t great."

"Edit: Customer relations was really great. I ended up going back and had a much better experience. Place was dead at 3pm on a Saturday, was told there was a 10-15 minutes wait for four people. Didn't think anything of it. Host took TWO groups of people before us even though they arrived after us, one was also a group of four. No explanation and no apology, I left in frustration. I dont think I'll be bringing my family back here."

"Waitress was great and very attentive. The sea bass was very undercooked so I sent it back and asked for some soup instead. The manager then came over and seemed a bit combative like he was offended that didn’t like my food. The hostess also asked me if I was a member of their super duper diamond elite captains club when I checked in for my reservation. I said that I wasn’t and she didn’t bother to explain what it even was. The waitress was very kind and helpful but the hostess and the manager were very unprofessional."

"The food and drink options are good. Ambience and setting are beautiful. Service and execution need some work. I have been here numerous times and service is always frazzled. It seems that as a hotel restaurant they aren't interested in maintaining a local clientele as hotel guests will be a captive audience. This time food/drinks took a long time. Appetizer was cold. Main course ingredients didn't match what was described in the menu. Server was nice and polite but didn't provide the type of service you should get at these price levels. I may go back to have a drink on the patio but I think I have given up considering Park 600 as a dinner option."
