"I really enjoyed my culinary experience. I ordered the Pan Roasted?. The chicken was well made, generously seasoned, and exquisite juicy! It was complemented by potatoes with perfect consistency and delicious asparagus! The service was more than I asked. Jeffrey (sorry if I misspelled it) and Randall were very attentive. I was chatted about the specials and menu selection. I felt appreciated and welcomed! I'm tired and speaking. The atmosphere was silent, but pleasant. The other diners had a great time. The restaurant was clean and sufficiently lit. Stop for a bite! Today were half sandwiches?"

"Fantastic experience!! From the appetizers to the main course to the dessert... wonderful!! The vegetarian option was yummy....I would have enjoyed more lentils and rice because they were best part of the meal!! The drinks were strong and tasty. The service was superb!! We will be visiting again!!"

"I know BBQ in KC is a tough business. Smokin' Guns just north of the river gives it a good go. The place was moderately busy, and we ordered a couple of 2 meat sandwiches and told the waitress to pick her favorite meats and sides. We ordered some deviled eggs to start just because . . well, who puts deviled eggs on their menu if they're not special? Sorry, they weren't. Run of the mill deviled eggs sprinkled and rolled in a bit of bbq rub. Not bad, but they could do so much better with those. For our meal, we were brought brisket and pulled pork sandwiches along with potatoes and beans. The sides were outstanding. Great beans! The sandwiches were piled high and were good, but a bit dry especially the brisket, and they chose a standard hamburger bun which doesn't do much to set them apart. Both meats were very well cooked with a nice smoky flavor. Their sauce was a little sweet for my taste, but was good nonetheless. They chose a pickle spear instead of slices for the garnish which makes it hard to add pickle to your sandwich! All in all, the meal was good, and the staff was prompt and courteous. Could be great with a little TLC, but certainly worth a try."

"Stopped here on the way out of town and we were very pleased. Food was delicious, we got pickle fries, deviled eggs, cobb salad, steakhouse burger (one of my favorite burgers i’ve had) and the funky chicken. Desi wrapped up the whole experience with amazing service. She made sure we had everything we needed while carrying on conversations with us. Definitely recommend and ask for Desi if you can!"

"The restaurant was very noisy to the point of discomfort. The menu was interesting, the food very good, and the service outstanding which makes me uncomfortable not to recommend it, but the noise level overwhelmed its good features. The restaurant has hard surfaces that reflect the noise. The louder the customers were forced to speak, the worse the atmosphere became."

"I made a reservation for 9 people at 7pm. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks ordered, and another hour to get our food ordered. It wasn’t super busy, but there were only two servers working.. so I get it. After ordering food, half our table got their food in 30 minutes. After another hour, the other half got their food. Half of mine was undercooked and half was cold. We also didn’t have silverware right away. They did comp half the meals and some of the drinks but overall we were very disappointed. I would come back for drinks but would never dine there again."
