"The concept is brilliant, but if all four members of our group were sick, from gas pain and annoyed, to strong reactions of the flaming up and many trips to the washroom! we have tried to determine what the common factor was as we had. 3 different types of broths. very little meat and only one person ate the pig. the others usually had nice (mushrooms? salat? for all of us the reaction was almost instant with a person who spent the next day in bed with a heavy annoyed. as I said, I like the concept, but the price is annoying, especially for children. the price reduction for children is 8 years. and only to supplement injuries was the side destruction room in which we sat very cold. the food was cooked. although no one mentions on the personal, there are lids for the suppent pots, they are necessary to get the broth at temperature. the personal is not delivered excessively with helpful tips or guidelines. If you had never been to an Asian hot pot restaurant before, you would probably starve."

"Pretty Good. Someone gave us $60 in Swiss Chalet coupons, so we decided to check it out. Our consensus? It was pretty good.<br/ <br/ When we came in it was very busy, but we only waited a minute for our table. We sat down and ordered an appetizer; chicken 'spring rolls. ' These are americanized interpretation spring rolls, and while they were nothing mindblowing, they were tasty.<br/ <br/ I had the half chicken dinner. I was impressed with the moistness and flavour of the chicken. It 's very good. The fries are nice and crispy. Can 't figure out the chalet sauce; it was kinda like gravy and kinda like cranberry sauce but it definitely had cinnamon and cilantro as well. It was also kinda like barbeque sauce, I suppose. it doesn 't taste like it looks. You 'd think it 'd be way stronger. I couldn 't understand it. The portions are pretty large so I took half of the chicken home.<br/ <br/ Someone else that I was eating with ordered ribs. I tried a bite and they were ok. St. Louis style as opposed to babyback. Not as tender but meatier. Whatever.<br/ <br/ Service was good, if not a tad slow, but it was an acceptable wait time considered the business.<br/ <br/ I wouldn 't hurry back to Swiss Chalet, but I would go there again if I am craving some rotisserie chicken."

"Our office frequently orders in the famous chicken fingers for birthdays. I have eaten there many times but would never think of not getting the delicious chicken fingers. I recommend accompanying them with fries and not rice."

"This restaurant is located in the historic Exchange District. It is a nice cozy place, but don’t let the size fool you. Fabulous local fare that is seasonal, with a great beer and wine selection. Staff is very knowledgeable in pairing suggestions and recommendations for menu items. We had the lamb shanks, which were seasoned in an interesting combination of sesame, coriander, and pumpkin seed. Served with squash. The appetizer we had was phenomenal: roasted Brussels sprouts with fresh dill and mustard seeds with a sauce that I can’t recall, but was very good. Their house made focaccia bread to start was tasty as well. This place is perfect for a date night with a special someone. Highly recommended!"

"There service is very fast and they deliver as they promise. The most important point is that the quality was very good. I would recommend it to everybody and it is a value for money.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options too and the cottage cheese pizza is the best option."

"Papa Johns as a chain is great. Love their food, their prices and deals are great. That being said, this restaurant in particular? Poor, at the best of times. They falsify orders as made, ready and en route to you, so as to avoid being penalized by the chain, or refunding you for a delivery arriving 1.5 hours after ordering, they treat customers over the phone terribly, by yelling, screaming, and then feigning inability to speak english, lie about delivery times, and blame the customers when asked about it. Then there's the food. 5 times I've had orders where the stuffed crust isn't stuffed properly, so i have a deflated, empty shell crust and a massive lump of cheese on the end of the pizza. I've had them skimp on toppings and sauce, compared to when I order from other chains. I've had the pizza arrive squished twice, and I've had them forget the pop once. I won't be ordering from this Papa John's again, and I don't recommend others do so either. The franchise needs to pull out from this location."
