"We had the fondue experience for 2 people and it was phenomenal! The winter salad and the French onion soup were excellent. I thought that for the price, the portions of fondue would be smaller but they were not. We had a full-sized cheese fondue and beef fondue and were completely stuffed. The cheese fondue was fantastic and my favourite part. I thought the beef fondue could have been more flavourful. We finished with the chocolate fondue and had to take most of it home to enjoy as we were too stuffed by the end of the dinner. The ambience was very warm, cozy, and elevated. Service was excellent throughout the evening. It was busy without feeling too crowded or noisy. I would definitely go back for a special occasion!"

"Our board held its quarterly meeting dinner at this private-party venue. It's a beautiful, rustic location. The staff and owner(s) were extremely friendly and responsive to our requests and last minute adjustments to the setup of the room (we are a picky, yet grateful, customer). The service was a bit on the slow side, because of the size of our group, I'm sure. The food was good and plentiful. The appetizer spread they put out for our pre-dinner socializing was amazingly good! This place is quintessential Whistler. I recommend it."

"We have been to Whistler a couple times and have always wanted to try this place. Well this past time we did and regret it. Our table was sticky and had obvious piles of ketchup on it. The waitress showed up and acted like she was doing a favour by wiping the table down when asked. We asked for napkins to wipe the ketchup off my arm but they never showed up. We ordered two cocktails and mine had a fruit fly floating on top. Waitress didnt come back to check on the drinks so I took it to the bar. Bar tender asked what kind of drink was it ? Confused as I assumed she just made it I told her what is was. When the drink finally arrived it wasnt that good. Very disappointing. Go elsewhere."

"Being annual visitors to Whistler we have made a visit to The Brickworks for the last three years. We have always enjoyed the atmosphere food and drink selection but they have really stepped up this year! The food was amazing, the addition of more gastro style dishes was ace! I especially linked the bone in pork loin! Balanced menu with lots of non meat options made it perfect for the non carnivores in our group. The staff make this place extra relaxed with great non intrusive service, special shout out to Kim, Nerissa and Bram! Get in there if you hit whistler!"

"Came in for mimosa’s and light bites, service was amazing. Our server Travis was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is very beautiful and has an amazing view of the breathtaking mountains and four seasons courtyard. The manager Marco went above and beyond to make our service rememberable and outstanding.
