"Terrible service!!! My wife was left standing at a locked door for 10 minutes waiting on a pickup order. We got a pizza sub w/modified instructions added bacon (never got) the managers customer service reply was to be rude to my wife? Our last experience at the East Brainerd store was the store manager stalking my wife out to the her car. We will not be back to Subways in the Chattanooga area!!!!!! Still waiting to speak with someone regarding the East Brainerd incident."

"I hate to leave a bad review for a fully vegan restaurant, so here are 3 pity stars for a fully vegan menu and nice atmosphere! Also, the prices are really good! Pretty good location in proximity to downtown. Although Unfortunately, what I ordered was just horrible. I got the Philly and Mac, and both were nearly inedible. The seitan was so overwhelmingly flavored with liquid smoke that it was unbearable. Almost reminiscent of cheap jerky. In addition- it was soggy as heck- and I even ate there.. I’m sure other items on the menu are good, as most of the reviews are positive! I guess I just ordered the wrong thing! Also, don’t come here and be in a rush, I had to wait nearly an hour for just one Philly and a side of Mac and Cheeze! Updated from previous review on 2023-02-04"

"So glad we tried Neutral Ground at the Proof. What a wonderful concept for up and coming restauranteurs! Talked to Neutral Ground chef, Kenyatta Ashford, to see how early we need to arrive to try his delicious sounding tamales.... he said as soon as they open! (They were sold out when we arrived at 7:30) Delicious food fun atmosphere! Definitely recommend the gulf shrimp salad with plantains, the West African Red-Red dish (both were amazing), Brisket meatball Yakamein! Ended the meal with two truffle desserts by Poppytons! We will definitely make plans to arrive when you open.... I can't wait to hear when where Chef Kenyatta ventures out to open his restaurant! Keep up the good work Chef! You definitely earned two followers tonight!"
