"Mediocre food and terrible service. Ordered appetizers and entrees. Everything came out at once. We were half way finished our meal and they brought our check. Our server never checked on us or asked if we needed anything. Definitely will not return."

"A mix of young college youth and middle to older than want to admit people!The atmosphere is excellent, very friendly staff and they work very hard so be sure to tip them accordingly!Very pet friendly and everyone who was there took the time to let all the dogs there and allowed them their space.I had the Tatchos and I highly recommend them!!!!Will definitely be returning as much as possible!Parking: Get there early because it fills up fast and the parking is very limited in the lot as well as any type of street parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere and the staff do all they can to accommodate any special requests a kid may haveWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible concrete ramp that leads right up to the front door."

"The restaurant is understaffed every time we go in for lunch, making wait times ridiculous to even get the first greeting at the table. The waitress encouraged us to leave since food was taking minutes to come out. There were only a couple servers for the entire restaurant. I hope they get more staff soon"

"Despite a reservation in advance, we were sat up top in new section under a vent blowing cold air. We had to ask to be moved. The table we were moved to was smaller and not as accommodating to a party of but we made it work. Food was the biggest disappointment. Chili my FIL received was cold and had to be sent back to be warmed. Many menu items have changed and the current menu is not of traditional Irish. Everything was basically mediocre American bar food. Service was good, but not spectacular. Atmosphere up top, since floor used to be a separate bar/club, became very loud around PM and had a very college-feel vibe. Despite having PM reservations, which included a toddler as stated in comment section of reservation, hostess decided it was most appropriate to sit us up top instead of down below on first floor in a more accommodating space given the company. This was not appropriate, as the server verbalized how the atmosphere has changed to that of college/bar feel since the pandemic (hence menu item change) and is no longer a contender for restaurant known for great food, live music, and an intimate ambiance (so all this was well known and staff knew the top section would become club-like). To have spent almost on a birthday dinner for my husband, we wish we had chosen somewhere else to celebrate or even grilled out at home. While uptown, unless changes are made, the experience is not worth the price. Although, we tipped well despite all of this. Iâd really suggest owners look into what has made this establishment popular to begin with and a favorite over time, and really think about how catering to the very young adult crowd is going to affect business long-term. This should be advertised currently as a bar, not an Irish pub/restaurant."
