"What a great experience! we have been looking for a place in a little bit, that had game, wildness special. and a place where we could go on a busy Saturday on short, that would be quiet, and comfortable, and fine eating. that was hard to find, but we found it here! was a bit uncertain given the distance from the city center and lack of English reviews. really glad we left. johanna’s is an excellent food. great cooking and very interesting menu. we had venison, a very delicate young mountain goat, a bit lassan. all well prepared in rich sauces. the menu also has a lot of other game and a good looking full-fish menu. many choices between the menus and a la carte. the owner is apparently a hunter who raises the game somewhere around the border between Austria and Hungarian, which explains the diversity. the meats were all beautifully delicate and delicate in taste, that must be the cooking art. excellent wine list also, about 50 pages, including at least 30 pages French weine. the prices have the usual restaurant brandup, but it is not too bad and there were many possibilities at different price classes. friendly sommelier too. the menu is only in German, but the personal speaks perfectly English and is happy to explain the things in great detail. comfortable room, quiet and relaxed. next to the great food we had a great dinner here."
