"Up front: I'm not from Portland, but I am extremely familiar with the sushi omakase scene in Seattle. This tasted familiar!We had a great time. I typically go for nigiri and chef's choice cuts, but the options for typical ready-to-serve rolls were delicious. We were treated well and even though we didn't sit at the bar they had a fantastic toro selection alongside some classic market selections. What I presume to be the owner came out and talked with us and it was very humbling! It is very scenically located next to a park and the neighborhood seemed so nice. We would definitely come back for another visit. Only giving it 4 stars because I feel like I'm cheating on our favorite sushi chef haha."

"We had 5:45 dinner reservations Valentine’s Day. It was a pre-fixe meal- so all dinners were the same. We still waited over 1.5 hours for our entree. Salmon was good, once it arrived. On the smaller side portion wise. They said staff called in sick, but I don’t believe the excuse, as I saw people standing around quite a bit. Bummer- this was at one time the “go-to” place. Not sure anymore."

"Best french fries in Anchorage. Holy cow. These are delicious. The cheese fries are 1,000,000 cal of delicious with a little bit of shredded cheese and lots of nacho cheese sauce. Staff is friendly and helpful. One order of fries is enough for two people."

"I've been getting rigoberto's for years. It is usually really good. Last night my husband orderers two super burritos and one regular burrito. The regular burrito is fine for my son. But we didn't get two super burritos we got one chicken and rice burrito and one carne asada and rice burrito. The chicken and rice burrito looks kind of funny and smelled weird I ate only half. In the early morning I had the shakes, severe diarrhea, nausea, and violently vomiting. It was the only thing I ate within 24 hours so I know it was that. "
