"A good traditional country pub in a lovely location. The pub is clean and welcoming with a fairly large seating area to the rear. The menu includes the sort of things you would expect to find in a village pub and offers a fair choice, especially considering we went mid week for lunch. I had fish, chips and mushy peas. The fish was excellent and tasted very fresh with a crisp and flavoursome batter. For me there were too many chips and oddly some seemed to be over cooked and others undercooked. While the chips let meal down a bit the mushy peas saved the day and I would happily have had a plate of fish and mushy peas. I ordered a cup of tea which tasted antiseptic and was a disappointing end to the meal. I would go again if someone invited me there but probably wouldn't make it my first choice."

"Nice welcome, only positive,afraid food was disgusting,undercooked,was served incorrect food and when pointed out to staff was met with attitude when battered sausage was replaced with plain that was also undercooked and chilli sauce on kebab was more like tomato sauce CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING might be of benefit"

"Good views overlooking the sea and beach at Mablethorpe. Staff very polite, only downside there are no toilets and the floors need a little repair in places. But nice to pop in for a rest and take in the view over a cuppa."

"Me and my friend came in we was looking at the menu and got watched walking to the other side of the pub to find a table, staff miserable and not giving great vibes at all. ordered a burger not what it advertised, we had the bbq Mac and cheese burger about 6 bits of Mac and cheese on it I can honestly say McDonald’s do better burgers. staff need to up there customer service skills will definitely NOT be returning. Tastes like rustlers burgers, as much as I didn’t want it, I paid for it so I forced myself to eat it.the bar tender then stood at the bar and took a video disguised"

"The Sebastopol is a lovely friendly pub in an idyllic village setting. There a good selection of drinks and bar meals at very reasonable prices. The pizzas are very nice and exceptional value. Highly recommended"
