"We showed up with no reservation on a Friday evening and were seated immediately. Within an hour the place was packed. Our server was hustling, but didn't miss a beat. Our cocktails were perfect, our food was timed so our dinner came out hot just as our starters were done, and the wine our server recommended went perfectly with the duck. The duck was fantastic! The chickpea fries were a marvel. The risotto, and the vegetables were absolutely wonderful too."

"The first time here and it was fantastic. we went back to a date night because the first time was good we ordered the same food we had before, the capprese salad and the pizza. the salat arrived and it should be bocconcini...Käse was hunks by block mozzarella that she eclete on her pizzas-yuk. the attempt to say goodbye to the cheese as bocconcini was a complete insult and really insulting. they changed the salat for us, but the harm was done with a deceptive attempt. we haven't been there since and found another pizzeria we like. the thought was when they serve this cheese as bocconcini, what other deceptive things would do to eat her!"

"I love this fish and chips restaurant! This is where I go when I am craving real fish and chips (not fish sticks from the freezer.) The pieces are big and very meaty, without too much batter (which is also really good.) It is consistently good and the owners and staff are very friendly. I don't go very often, but am always very satisfied when I do!"

"My first visit to Piccolino's was definitely good enough to make me recommend it to others and want to go back again. I had seafood linguini with rose sauce while my SO had the capelini with peppers and shrimp in creamy garlic sauce. We shared with each other and were both impressed with the dishes. we also had calamari for an appie which was pretty good - nowhere near the best I've had, but nowhere near the worst either. Portions were huge - enough for a couple of lunches each!"

"I was in this restaurant a handful of times and every time I go, I am so taken back from the quality of food and customer service. The staff is friendly and professional. The food is delicious and fresh! The appetizers and pastas are definitely going through the Entrees, but everything is family style, so it's great to share and taste a bit of everything. The wine menu had a great variety of what I remember. To finish the night with their parm with cracked pepper and honey is obviously the perfect way to finish a spectacular meal! (No dessert was missed when the cheese had) It was absolutely one of the best meals I had in Edmonton!"
