"If you haven't tried Hayes Barton Cafeand Dessertery, you must. This super eclectic diner is decorated with memories from the 1940s and has such a great atmosphere! The staff was super nice and the restaurant was clean. The food was so delicious! We have: Beef Stroganoff egg noodles, fillet tips in a mushroom sauce, Heirloom tomato cake bowl with peas tomatoes and cheese, fillet and green beans NC Fish Stew Grouper, mussels, shrimps, scallops, saccotash, peas, bacon and house stock. And for dessert... your famous cakes. The pictures here do not do justice. We have the lemon blueberry with Cream Cheese icing, the banana pudding and the chocolate pise. Everything to die for!!! Try it when you're in the Raleigh area!"

"Went there to try to get lunch. Asked receptionist/cashier what 's good and what 's their best seller. She said they 're all the same very curtly . She was very rude and not friendly at all and just doesn 't want to be bothered. I just walked away and look for another place to eat. This place needs a friendly staff or you will lose customers."

"Delicious Jamaican food! Golden Krust is clean and the food is amazing. They have a lot of choices. You can see many of the menu options on the hot bar which is great for people who have never tried Jamaican food before. Charmaine and team are incredibly welcoming and kind. This is one of my favorite places to grab lunch or dinner. I highly recommend and will be back again soon! Great portion sizes as well."

"My mother and I went to Mama Crow's today Wednesday at noon, so the place was packed! Since we were really hungry, we didn't mind waiting for as long as we did! About 0:48 minutes later we got our food and began eating with a vengeance! But, we were really disappointed! The burger meat was as tasteless and as greasy as any other burger at a cheap joint and that was despite the fact that they were topped with melted cheese, onions, tomatoes, and other stuff! So based on what the burgers tasted like, we figured they just buy the frozen burger paddies and grill them on their own fat on the flat iron rather than preparing the ground meat with spices like pepper, grilled onions, garlic, etc to make them tasty. However, the fries were the worse part of it: charbroiled, dry, and bitter! I mean, the place is not cheap, so they could at least cook something authentic that tastes better. We've been to different countries and tried different foods, so we're not joking about this restaurant. Hopefully the management will read this comment and definitely improve their cooking so they can keep savvy customers happy as well!"
