"Do not order from KFC, they have not got an order correct in years. The food is normally dry and cold and they miss something on every single order. Today they didn't bother sending the chicken which is the whole point of KFC. I will not order from them again"

"Visited for a Sunday Roast with my partner. well the service to start was poor, poured red wine into a white wine glass, lemonade was flat, so choose to have a bottle, still charged considering the glass prior was flat!! a bottle, the staff...owner... said well next week the tax goes down so will be cheaper!!! Great customer service.. Not!!!! The Roast was ok. But not what you would expect for near on presentation very poor... cheese sauce just poured all over the vegetables which were very soft, the parsnips were white like boiled... The pub it self was covered in areas with cob webs, and not nice smells coming from staff, and not at all friendly... And prior to starting our meal complaints from other visitors had already been given to staff, and even a visitor had advised us prior to eating. Well to say the least I wont be visiting this place again, and advise others to be cautious if you wish to eat at this pub... with no happy friendly customer service and near on microwaved heated food... with no presentation. Such a shame.. when this happens but dont want other people having a disappointing visit... and not like it's cheap!!!"

"As titled a shame, I like Wetherspoons as a chain and was hoping for a nice drink and meal after a long day at work on a Sunday. Staff were friendly enough and helpful, That's certainly not in question. Bought hot drink, Machine wasn't working properly. Issues with Hot Chocolate has been a constant issue according to one member of staff. I'm sure Tim Martin can afford to replace a coffee machine. Food came out Luke warm except for beans that were stone cold. Prices go up and that's to be expected but standards have clearly gone down. 20 seconds in a microwave and it would have been a hot meal I would have settled for that. Poor experience sadly."
