"First off let me say The waitress we had was nice and sweet and was the best thing about this place. I don't remember her name but she was working the bar. She's pretty and had tattoos on her arms. Ok I ordered the Green chili Burger it came with a fried egg, avocado spread, some unidentifiable green chili and roasted jalapeño aioli. I ordered it medium well with NO ONIONS and with side of fries. Not that hard right. WRONG!!!!! Strike one was the meat patty was burnt. Outside crust was hard as hell. The meat must have done something horrible in its past life because it was Damned! Strike Two I asked for NO ONIONS! I HATE RAW ONIONS! And wouldn't you know it, they put raw onions. A lot. Strike Three Is because I asked for my side to be fries. And guess what. They brought me ONION RINGS! Do I look like Shrek to get all those damn onions. The toppings on the burger were nothing to talk about. At least the egg was cooked properly and that's it. The rest had zero flavor. I mean none. I don't know how they could mess this up because more than half of the restaurant was empty at 1:30pm on a Friday. Safe to say I will not be returning. The menu said The green chili burger was a Texas monthly top 50. That is the biggest LIE since the Democratic Party! My favorite go to meals are cheeseburgers. Believe me I've eating my share of burgers to know what a good burger is. This wasn't it. This was the first burger in my adult life I didn't finish. I've had some crappy burgers before but this one deserves a parade. The waitress said I shouldn't have eatin more than a bit so she could have fixed it. I don't send food back to be replaced. First impressions don't get a redo. I told her just leave it on my check. That's why I'm written this. This is my experience here. Who's knows if you're reading this then maybe they'll make your food better. For the price it was a rip off."

"That was very good! two of my guests had their fried cub, to whom they frightened. a hospitable had the reddish she said was one of the best she had ever had, and I had supposedly scallops. we also hand-grounded fries, fresh from the frit! great place!"

"My husband and I finally got to dine here. People have told us it was good and they were correct. The service was hospitable, timely and the food was excellent. I had chicken wings and fried catfish. cooked to perfection. By the looks of my husband’s barbecue plate he enjoyed it as well. portions were great. we will be returning"

"Very good service, ambience, and food. Our anniversary dinner started with a Singapore Sling for my wife and a Founders Porter on tap for me. Both were very good, and the S. Sling had top shelf liquor. Two kinds of bread rolls, a light and dark grain, were immediately served and both very good with the herb butter, 2nds on bread were quick. We ordered the Brussel sprout/fig/pork bits appetizer and we both loved it. It was a large portion for two people, and were probably the best Brussel sprouts I have had. Our dinner entrees were the crab cake and fish of the day. The crab cake came with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and we both thought we would get it again. My fish of the day was about a 5 oz filet of branzino (European bass) over small potatoes and tomato sauce with some spinach and cherry tomatoes. This was a good change from how I usually cook fish. For dessert we had the berry cake/berry sauce and a flourless chocolate torte with grand marnier and orange zest. Both were excellent and would get them again. To top it all off, they gave us complimentary sparkling wine for our anniversary. We will go back again soon!"

"No hostess. We waited for 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. No one ever did. At least 3 others tables who walked in after got menu water service as we waited."

"Two stars because the atmosphere and interior decor is absolutely amazing my waitress was friendly and helpful but I was so so disappointed in the food. I requested hash browns and cream gravy the cream gravy was instant not homemade and the hash browns were absolutely horrid"
