"Update 12/20/2020: You really woke up your game and now have a dedicated frit and amazing offers for celiacs like fried chicken! Great food a bit expensive, but so glad that they found it out and have a lot of options for us. — old review — I called to ask about their GF elements and was said there is too much risk for cross-contamination and NO dedicated to friyers, so these items are not safe for Celiacs! I recommended changing their methods to help us in the future, so hopefully they will be through"

"FOOD was me and my friends favorite apres place for more than 15 years, but NOT MORE!! Love the staff and vibe, but the attempt to save the cost of Vail Food and Beverage has ended this. My favorite was always in the...painted the nachos. I don't care to give you 35 Bucks for Nachos and 12 Bucks for a beer. The beer is cold, but the nachos do not suspect that it is cold chips with cold beef and cold gray cheese sauce. Too bad. Bye."

"Nice vibe going on in the restaurant, liked the fact that the table/seating areas were not all the same. We ordered from the bar, the Grants platter for two. My friend did want to order a burger too but I said this was going to...be more than enough food for the both of us. As on the menu, it contains beef brisket, half rack of ribs, BBQ dry rub chicken wings and BBQ pulled pork. Served with BBQ beans, BBQ sauce, jalapeno corn bread and we had some vegetable and fries as sides. When it arrived, it was huge!!! I knew we couldn't finish it but wasn't going to give up without a fight! I really enjoyed the chicken wings and ate all those along with the ribs. The cornbread was a little different but still tasty. the beans kept my mouth moist as there was so much food. I think they can offer this platter for up to 4 people and maybe decrease the size and the price for 2 people, as I don't like wasting food. They do provide a take-out box which I filled with our leftovers but I couldn't see any homeless people in Whistler."

"We hosted a rehearsal dinner at Caramba and I cannot say enough good things. Shona helped with the planning and she and the rest of the staff were wonderful to work with, creative and just lovely! The food was delicious and plentiful and the staff...the night of was fantastic. Our 100 or so guests are still raving about it! Thank you to the whole Caramba family!"

"We have been to Whistler a couple times and have always wanted to try this place. Well this past time we did and regret it. Our table was sticky and had obvious piles of ketchup on it. The waitress showed up and acted like she was doing a favour by wiping the table down when asked. We asked for napkins to wipe the ketchup off my arm but they never showed up. We ordered two cocktails and mine had a fruit fly floating on top. Waitress didnt come back to check on the drinks so I took it to the bar. Bar tender asked what kind of drink was it ? Confused as I assumed she just made it I told her what is was. When the drink finally arrived it wasnt that good. Very disappointing. Go elsewhere."

"Had a great time getting drinks here service is terrific and the cocktails are creative and delicious. The You’re The One punch bowl was a lot of fun and came with dried fruit and mini rubber duckies on top. Highly recommend!"
