"The tacos were amazing and well worth coming back the next day after they sold out on our first try. Definitely see why they sold out, get there when they open, u won't be disappointed the oyster chorizo stew was bomb, and I'm not a fan of oysters. .the whole staff was friendly and I loved how small the menu was, trust me less is more! It's probably one of the best spots in Galveston. The Empire, Baja and dirty south were my favorite tacos."

"Ordered shrimp basket and grill fish basket. The shrimp were decent but the batter to thick for my liking. The fish was a bit over cooked and the fries were too crispy. "I ordered the scallops. They were excellent. A tiny bit salty, but that didn't take away from the overall taste and quality. I also ordered coleslaw it was perfect. Slightly creamy, but a generous portion."

"The ONLY thing this place has going for it is the location. There is a nice view and it's all outdoor seating so you can feel the ocean breeze. The food so shockingly bland. We had the crab balls which have a very odd, soft, almost dip like texture. We also had fries which somehow managed to taste like absolutely nothing. I asked for salt and was brought beer salt in a plastic container. The fact that they don't have a salt or pepper shaker in the building might be while the food is so bland. The pretzels bites were okay but the beer cheese was again...very bland. It's also massively over priced. I get it's Galveston but this food is priced about twice what it should be for portion size IF it tasted good. We will absolutely never be back. I'm going to have to assume that the only reason this place is still open is because of vacationers that don't know any better."

"And we could tell why. The shrimp in the po boy were perfect and as others have said, the fish tacos are great with the spicy aloili, fresh fish and the fresh corn soft taco. Highly recommend the food here!"

"Absolutely amazing. Haven?t had it in years, but it was really good still. Had the blackened catfish. Hush puppies were great. Iced tea was good. Coleslaw wasn?t worth getting, a bit dry, didn?t taste fresh from today."
