"Waited an hour and half after sitting for food to come. When it came, it was so exaggerated that half of the party had finished eating before the other half of the dishes arrived, and one person did not come to dinner before we had to...go. Food was good, but absolutely not worth waiting. The waiter was unapologetic and refused to offer a refund, only a gift certificate, in exchange for the foods that do not arrive in time. Will absolutely not go back and would not recommend."

"The food is disgusting, the price is experiencing! The First, they don 't ask me which tea I would like to drink, but they charge us the tea fee. The second, the food are disgusting. I ordered lunch special, the chow man is dry, the deep fried chicken and prawn oils and no favor, too much flour. The fired rice too dry and too hard. The server make me uncomfortable. We are 4 adults and 2 children. We told the server we were not very hungry, we wanted to order 3 meals, but the server remind us just 3 meals, then my parents add 1 more meal. Finally we had 1 meal left. The most important thing is the total is $67 dollars, but I don 't know why they charge us $77, then I ask the server is the price including tips? she said yes. I hated they didn 't let me know the price including tips. (Luckily I checked the bill, if not I 'll pay the double tip. Then I paid $77 for the unpalatable lunch. For sure I would come again."

"Whenever I've gone into the Hope Key Restaurant I've been made to feel so welcome and happy that I want to come back for more. I love the colourful and interesting decor with the whimsical painted chairs and their titles. But I love the food just as much. They serve the best pot-stickers I've ever had and they're just as good every time. It's their special dipping sauce that is irresistible. When they bring you your tea it comes on a traywith a generous pot and an ample amount of milk and sugar if you've ordered western tea. But the dessert is really worth crowing about. One day the special was banana fritters and it came with a lot of ice cream and all the chocolate sauce I wanted. The banana fritters were nice and warm and oh, so good! The buffet is plentiful and the combination plates delicious."
