"Excellent server. Plenty of workers. Looks like a fun bunch of people to work with. Ice cream machine was actually working. Food was good except order missing 2 hash browns. As always, one only finds out when one gets home with the food. BUT!!! One SHOULDN'T have to double check if their order is complete. EVERY McDonald's is guilty with this."

"This McDonald's is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant in Louisville. They never ever get any orders correct. I cannot recall a time that my whole order was completely correct. I am not exaggerating either. The workers are lazy extremely rude. Everytime I go in there most of the workers are playing on their phones or they are horsing around with each other and not paying attention. This whole establishment needs a complete overhaul with all new crew members who actually want to work. Take my word for it, do not stop here to eat. Go elsewhere. You'll be glad you did."
