"I think there was a total of 3 tables in the entire restaraunt when we went in for supper. It took about 15 minutes for our order to be taken. The food was tasteless and bland. I had a burger and fries and it was pretty much inedible. The burger was super processed and fries were gross. The waitress forgot our gravy, it took about 10 minutes to track someone down and then a drink.....another 10 minutes. We stopped in for a quick bite and left over an hour later. The bill was around $40. I think a pop is $3. I found it extremely overpriced for sub par quality and horrible service. My spouse got fish and chips and it was also really bad. Super over battered. Sorry Smitty's, I will not be going back. I actually emailed management to request a refund. I believe they do have a guarantee."
