"Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht! An einem solchen Ort erwarte ich eine andere Karte. Qualität des Essen - eben wie von einem Caterer. Wurstsalat schwimmt in der Fertig-Sauce, Fischknusperli schwimmen in der Vinaigrette, Risotto ist mehr als bissfest. Serviertochter hat nach 10 Minuten vergessen, dass sie schon mal gefragt hat ob das Essen gut sei (was wir verneint haben!) und fragt nochmal obs gut sei........... Das nächste Mal geniessen wir eine selbstmitgebrachte Bratwurst! Schade für den Ballenberg, das "Museum" ist toll, die Verpflegung weniger!"

"Small hotel very close of lake. Good views and walking distance to village. Easy access to lake for swimming. Beds are comfi but does not have ac, keep your blinds closed to protect heat of sun. There is cattle and capsule coffee. Breakfeat is more middle east/branch style than breakfast, which i dont mind. Internet/netflix is inconsistent. Area is quiet and almost end of the road. Relatively good bus and boat connection."

"It's a nice small eatery with a beautiful view. I had the home made rosti with an Interlaken beer. And both were really good! Nice place to just chill and enjoy a good view. The people here are really friendly too! Do drop by for...a visit!"

"We're definitely not going anymore. Had to wait 30 minutes for drinks. Then eat at most mediocre. Cordon bleu completely dry, vegetables looked as if they had been lying around outside for a day. Forgot my second drink order. After a reminder, part came, the second beer never came. Not recommended. Meal type: Dinner"

"The restaurant is located in a typical appenzeller house a little outside the ortes hundwil on the main road. We stayed there for lunch and picked something from the wild card. there were creations that we did not know so, for example, hirsch stroganoff, delicate meat with the otherwise known sweets and late zli. also the rewrought was very tender, with the same supplements. all well cooked and beautifully dressed.There would also be different day menus, the cheapest was a fruit curry with rice too fr. 9.50The service was correct service and Wednesday is rest day"

"Man how do I even start! I got first of all an upgrade which gave me a direct view of the lake and the mountians! Stunning! I love the design details in the hotel! The bath was a very nice addition as well! And great service by the 2 woman that were there allowing me to get in early as well! And the guy later in the evening with good food tips because their restaurant is currently closed. Sadly too busy for parking so went with the standard pizza Thank you for the warm welcome, service and amazing views!!"
