"De passage un samedi ensolleillé, nous avons pris une crêpe campagnarde, une petite salade verte, thé froid, bière et finalement un café. Sur 5 produits commandé la serveuse à réussi à se planter sur 2. No comment. Service long et désorganisé. Les prix sont complètement surfait. 23.- une simple crêpe sans même un bout de salade ou garniture. On est à gstaad mais quand même! Bref... nous n'y retournerons pas."

"We went to this bakery cause having good memories of a few years. We had slices of pizza and a sweet both good.What disappointed us was the reception and the service. the lady welcomed us almost as if we were annoying, taking orders without paying attention, we felt uncomfortable all the time, ate fast payed and left. we both work in the hotel business for years and we do not treat guests as well as the most difficult one."

"Pray to god when you are going to Cappuccino Grand Cafe in Gstaad that the waiter Joaquin is not there, the most racist person you will sea at 1000 meters above sea level. Were he will judge you on the way you look and where you from. He will do his best to ruin your day, if you were in the line he will skip you and take other group behind you, if complain he would say (if you don't like what i did go somewhere else). Now I know why the cafe rated 3 out 5 on tripadvisor."

"Nice place to stop for a lunch ! The menu give a wide range of choice. We were maybe unlucky but the personnel was not very friendly. When you park the car down at the skilift you get a ticket which give you a credit for a hot drink up in the mountain. Don't forget the ticket (you wont't get the drink but that is everywhere), here they did not want to give the credit because we did'nt tell them about the credit before ordering....! Now you know !"

"Magnificent place to eat after a lovely hike from Launen. You can also access it from Bissen, via a lift. You can get the information on the internet. The services and professional and welcoming thank you for the welcome it was very pleasant. Very affordable for a restaurant of this standing with of course a magnificent view I recommend"
