The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was spectacular and the presentation was a pleasure to watch. I highly recommend sitting at the bar so that you can watch...

We were able to get a walk-in seat, and were looked after quite well. Nice environment, high quality ingredients, good presentation.

Amazing dining experience! Multiple dishes had me saying an audible wow. Only the seafood main dish didn 't impress me.

"Lovely hostel in Hakone not far from Gora station. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay here. We used one of the onsen which was really nice after a busy day seeing the sights of Hakone. We also tried their pizza which was pretty good too. We stayed in a traditional tatami mat double room which was a nice experience with very comfortable futons and lovely views. Be warned, the walls are paper thin (literally) so it sounded like we were sharing a room with a very loud snorer! But we were so shattered we soon fell asleep, but bring earplugs if this might bother you. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We would like to come back and stay longer next time as it seemed a very sociable place to relax in the evenings and also to try the other onsen!"

"I am a solo English speaking traveller. So happy I went here. They have some great local beers and delicious food. I had the hakone local beer, the salmon and the 2 sausages. All of which I can recommend. The staff were friendly and helpful and let me charge my phone which was in dire need of juice. Just go."

"Space here was really cute and cosy. The warabi mochi was really soft lile a marshmallow and the kinako was really fine and melted together so well with the mochi. The yumochi was chewy, fragrant and the citron taste notes made it really light, I really enjoyed it. The matcha was solidddd."
