"We had a very good lunch at Loch Fyne. Oysters, 1/2 lobster, chowder and fish cake, all was very well prepared. The service was good and we would definitely stop here again for lunch."

"A pretty little place with stunning landscape. for a night stay and immediately the staff were so helpful and friendly. the lodge was compact, but clean and cozy. that is the dog's most friendly place where I've ever been, all the staff made a fuss of my puppy daisy and they enjoyed a little playtime with issy of spaniel. we ate in the pub in the night and met some beautiful people while we listen to the singer. the breakfast was especially the black pudding and lustful! would they definitely visit again!"

"We are currently staying nearby in a Lodge, and visited Luss mid morning, we had a walk around the area and popped in for something to eat and a drink. Bonus is that it was dog friendly! We had 2 x scottish breakfasts and really enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and even gave our dog some treats and water without asking. Would recommend to anyone passing through and visit again. Service: Dine in"

"A tourist attraction in itself, therefore very busy and not that cheap (cheap considering the location) but has separate vegan menu now, they even offer vegan cake, so you can eat accompanied by hundreds of taxidermy animals and a few resident ghosts. I had fishless fingers 10.50), they were absolutely fine, to be honest I was getting ready to settle for a side of chips so I was more than happy to find out I actually have a few dishes to choose from."

"We've driven by the Drovers many times and having visited family to drop off Christmas gifts we decided to stay overnight as a treat for ourselves for our anniversary. We paid £100 for a room in the lodge and for that price, at low season,...I was expecting something a bit more special that what we got. I likened the room to nothing more than what you would expect in a Hostel but my other half was a bit more charitable. The Inn itself is a stunning building, full of character, and we were booked in for dinner; looking forward to that and the live music that was to follow. Food was what I expected having looked at the menu in advance and that was OK certainly not fine dining but it doesn't market itself in that way and the prices reflect that. What I found really disturbing was the lack of enforcement of face mask wearing. The staff themselves were wearing masks but there was no enforcement of customers wearing masks and the place was heaving. We decided to head back to our room after dinner and missed out on the live music. Breakfast was poor quality; bacon that barely touched a pan and lorne sausage that was less than appetising. Sorry, but for £100 this was not value for money and we won't be visiting again."
