Not exactly tidy with dirty windowsills. Some of the staff have English barriers and hard to understand what's being said. Few items ordered on kiosk and then told at counter that none in stock. View all feedback.
Teach the workers to smile. Looks like they hate their job.
Came here the other night to get the kids dinner, showed the lady my number for BK rewards on my phone, mmmhmm she said and then anything else? ...
Bought a chicken burger asked for extra mayo didn't get one splash of it!
BK Manukau was very busy due to Parker promotion, but their was plenty of staff and not a huge wait, plus they were very friendly despite the queue....
Very disappointed.. just got home with our $25 dinner box.. open the burger packet looks like someone took a bite before placing it on the bun..
