It's usually busy and understaffed for the capacity of customers to floor staff. Food is small in size especially for their cost and only average at best. Plating choices were terrible, especially the ribeye steak that was served in a bowl on top of chips. Cutting into the steak wasn't ideal and the bowl would tip if you cut anywhere but the center.
