Hello Beasty - Auckland

I enjoyed the atmosphere and location of this restaurant. The decor is nice and they have a separate vegan/vegetarian menu that you should ask for. The Korean Fried Cauliflower was tasty, although it was a bit soggy due to too much sauce. The flavors were good and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend this place, but make sure to book ahead as it gets busy.

The food we had at this restaurant was delicious. I just wish there were more vegan options among the vegetarian dishes. I particularly enjoyed the tare eggplant and the KFC.

Exciting and contemporary cuisine with exceptional taste profiles.

I decided to dine at this restaurant on a whim at 5pm without a reservation. Luckily, we were able to get a table and had the best dinner of our three weeks traveling throughout New Zealand. The lamb shoulder is definitely the must-try dish here. It quickly became one of the top 5 dishes I've ever had at a restaurant. The meat was incredibly tender, no knife was necessary, and the sauce it was served in was heavenly. We even ended up ordering more bread to soak up every last bit of the sauce. All of the dishes we tried, including the tiger prawns, oysters, and pot stickers, were excellent. The service was also great - very attentive and quick when ordering drinks or more small plates. If you only have time for one meal in Auckland, I highly recommend coming here. You won't be disappointed. 5 Stars.

Lively and enjoyable, this restaurant was the perfect place for our group of 8 to unwind and relax after a long day at a tunneling conference on a Monday night (reservation required). The food was fresh, delicious, and bursting with flavor and variety. The wine selection was also impressive. The chef's menu made it easy for us since we didn't have to make any decisions.
