What Arthur C doesn't like about Sushi Factory:
The Sushi Factory is on the paved walking street of Vulcan lane. A cute sushi restaurant where dishes come out on a conveyor belt. Not as authentic as I had hoped (Korean owned). Didn't help that they ran out of one of my favourite dishes (squid) and didn't serve my other (salmon roe). The dishes average around $4-5 and so the bill accumulates quite fast as each dish a quite a small serving. Great selection of japane... View all feedback.

Great customer service, good food and fast service. I recommend coming here with family and friends. Very affordable.
I loved the sushi and the fact that when I told them I had a bad reaction to meat, egg and dairy, they went out of their way to change the oil to fry my order just so I wouldn't get cross contamination. I never asked for it because cross contamination wouldn't harm me as long as it isn't too much. The lady there was very polite and kind.
Server was incredibly hospitable and and kind, the food I found was quite affordable especially for the amount and very delicious and fresh. I loved how all dishes on the sushi train were one price as well which encourages you to have a taste of everything on offer. This is my first time and definitely not my last visiting this very personable and “homely” establishment.
Sushi was fresh but I didn't like the green tea. Not crowded
