"The minute we went in, we were greeted by a smiling and very accommodating staff. The place is very welcoming even from outside. The food was great! My partner, who is usually very critical about restaurant food, went home with a satisfied grin on his face. And the place is child friendly, which is a big plus for me. The ambience is very relaxing. You would really want to come again. And again."

"It is hard to do Hop Temple justice with a single rating. It should get five stars for atmosphere and beer, one star for food. Selecting from the vast choice of beers was greatly facilitated by knowledgeable bartenders, and we enjoyed our selections. On a Friday night, the place was heaving, but service was still good. However, six of us ordered food, covering five different dishes, of which one was quite good (meatballs), two mediocre, and three terrible. The pizzas were truly inedible, most of them left on the plate despite two hungry teenagers who normally clean up anything left over. I'd be back in a flash for a drink, but eating beforehand is highly advisable."

"Ate here last week, for lunch, with friends. Nice decor, comfortable chairs. Service was good, as was the food. Wine was reasonably priced. Really enjoyed the duck spring rolls with chocolate chilli sauce. The calamari was very tender. and the gnocchi was enjoyable. Recommended."

"Lots of options, basically all the curries, noodle and rice dishes can be made vegan. We had the green curry, red curry and pad Thai. All were fresh, wholesome and all were delicious Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even the kids were happy with their food and they are fussy as. Happily return here next time I’m in the area."
