"We had an excellent meal here, with friendly staff and nice ambiance. We aren 't local (we 're on a trip out west) but found this to be a highlight of our time in Banff and Canmore. There are not many Filipino options and it is not exactly authentic Filipino cuisine. The only Filipino Large Dish was the Kare Kare, which is pictured here BUT it was a great twist on it. I think they do some Filipino fusions and I am usually wary of those but they aced it here."

"I'm not trying to be dramatic but this is hands down the best pizza I have ever had. The ambiance is phenomenal. Their chili oil is to die for. Their salads, DELICIOUS. The service, food and beer are all fantastic."

"Ankor was excellent. we had a great evening dinner there on the 20th. the duck and foie gras were delicious and the apple cocktail from the bar was one of the best drinks I had for years. the mood was nice and the conversation with the cook made for a really great dinner. I don't have any photos of desserts, but we also enjoyed them. prices were what they would expect for a beautiful restaurant with high quality ingredients. I would recommend the place without hesitation."

"This place might not look like much from the outside but don’t write of off. The service and the food are both on point. The outdoor seating has lots of umbrellas to keep the sun off. The inside is ok as well. The burgers are large and the portion of fries is very generous. The burgers come with all the fixings which you can remove anything you don’t like. The milkshakes are a do not miss."

"The Spaghetti Factory does the job for an evening meal when you have been out hiking all day and need to refuel. We had to wait around 40mins for a table at 7pm so be aware it's busy at peak times. Banff is full of locally sourced and owned restaurants and this definitely feels like a chain restaurant compared. The food comes out very quickly and is reasonably priced. Wouldn't say this is a must, but it definitely does the job."

"These restaurants were one of my favorite ones earlier, but unfortunately the quality of eating has gone down. everything was quite bland Mediterranean salat was mainly only salat, the part of the saganaki was tiny, pork and sea pasta were ok; half chicken dish was. definitiw not huh. baklava was dry. that was my place for celebrating in banff, but I don't want to return after the last disappointing experience."

"Great ice cream. Shame there isn't indoor seating. Plenty of public seating outdoors, though. Service is VERY fast. The line (there always seems to be one) goes down quickly. They didn't have Nanaimo when we went, which is what I wanted to try. I don't think you can go wrong getting COWS ice cream. They also have chocolate covered crisps for sale and a cute gift shop."
