Went Thursday night which was a bonus as 12" pizza's were half price. After eating there I would have paid full price as it was the best pizza I ever had. Obviously baked in a wood fired oven. I had the Canadiana and the wife had the meat lovers. Her reaction was the same as mine this is excellent pizza, very flavourful. Atmosphere was excellent and the variety of beer was second to none. "Ankor was excellent. we had a great evening dinner there on the 20th. the duck and foie gras were delicious and the apple cocktail from the bar was one of the best drinks I had for years. the mood was nice and the conversation with the cook made for a really great dinner. I don't have any photos of desserts, but we also enjoyed them. prices were what they would expect for a beautiful restaurant with high quality ingredients. I would recommend the place without hesitation."

"This restaurant is great if you want a nice German dinner. Do chose the Pub if you want this experience. It is located downstairs from the main restaurant by the same name but the menus are different. We liked the food choices here better. Nice beers. Patio seating with view of mountains and river. Eat earlier then 10 pm because the mosquitoes come out. We had the chicken wings and the pork schnitzel dishes . Excellent. Service very good. Patio seating definitely recommended."
