very good local pub with friendly atmosphere. the decor is classic old school, which are 2 very beautiful old wood burners. the bar staff was friendly enough and the beer on the tap were very cheap, especially for a pub to the south! we went to a day off and it was busy, but I think that fits into the atmosphere, but early to get a table when they are a big group. Dog friendly and people friendly an excellent visit, good selection of beers and wide selection of Baggettes that are very filling. Arrive early to get a seat as this is a small pub but with a big heart. read more.
