"We came here in an evening for my birthday. The first thing to say is that the service was absolutely outstanding every member of staff was attentive, polite, helpful and generally made the whole experience as fantastic as they possibly could. The sommelier is very helpful indeed. One of the servers overhead me ask my partner (in English) What is topinambour? and immediately turned to explain to me, in English, that it is Jerusalem artichoke. The decor is fine, the chairs comfortable, the tables spacious even for four (we were two), and the toilet easy to access. The food was all good, nothing was unpleasant, although some could have been better. A platter of 5 different complimentary amuses bouches were hit and miss, perhaps as one might expect with something not selected by a customer to suit their their own tastes. My starter was the highlight of my meal, three divine noix st.jacques in a delicious sauce accompanied by a tiny portion of leek strips. My fish course was also delicious dos de bar with crisped skin and some colourful but disappointingly tasteless miniature root vegetables. The meat course was a little disappointing a perfect duck breast with a delicious sticky balsamic reduction, but the accompanying duck leg was odd, with a mixture of very tough meat and some sort of weird pre minced meat stuffed in. The cheese platter was amazing a real highlight. Dessert was a sort of thick chocolate mousse/paste which was pleasant but nothing special. Hubby enjoyed his savoury courses but didn 't rate his dessert at all it was advertised as a kind of peanut brittle, but came as three peanut butter profiteroles with a bitter chocolate sauce we saw two other diners ' tables being cleared with the same dish left half uneaten. Overall the food here was very good, and presented beautifully, but for the price (80 euro each plus wine) I expected perhaps a little more attention to flavour as well as beauty, and certainly more impressive desserts, which were noticeably the weakest area. I had a lovely birthday dinner experience, and I would certainly recommend this place for a treat if you can afford it."

"By far the best beziers burgers. 100% homemade products be it fries like sauces, fresh meat and fresh vegetables. Very consistent! We're enjoying each bite. cuisto chefs are at the top just like the lady at the very polite and helpful reception. I recommend it to you you will not be really disappointed!"
